- Contact information you provide when reaching out to us (name, email address, Telegram handle, or similar contact details).
- Identity and verification information — if you become a client, we collect government-issued identification, proof of address, source-of-funds documentation, and related KYC/AML information, as required under Canadian law (PCMLTFA) and our compliance program.
- Transaction information — details of digital asset transfers, settlement instructions, and recipient information, as provided in a Payment Instruction Mandate.
- Website usage information — technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information about our services;
- Perform identity verification and compliance checks required under Canadian AML/ATF law (PCMLTFA) and FINTRAC regulations;
- Process and settle transactions in accordance with an accepted Payment Instruction Mandate;

Where you engage us as a client, providing identity and source-of-funds information is a legal requirement under PCMLTFA; without it, we cannot provide the settlement service. - FINTRAC and other Canadian regulators, where required by law;
- Our banking partners, to the extent necessary to process a settlement;

We retain client identification and transaction records for the period required under PCMLTFA and applicable FINTRAC recordkeeping requirements (generally five years from the date of the transaction), and thereafter delete or anonymize such information unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that certain requests may be limited where retention is required by AML/ATF law.
